Oliver's Top Tension is a limited liability company based in the Northern Virginia area offering tennis racquet stringing and racquet sport services and sales. With almost 10 years of experience, we are passionate about what we do.

OTT is run by tennis players, for tennis players of all levels and we are committed to provide the highest quality racquet stringing and racquet sport services and sales in Northern Virginia! We are here to do whatever we can to enhance your tennis experience.
Our Story
Oliver, the founder, has been playing tennis since the age of eight. He has developed a strong passion for tennis and loves the tennis lifestyle! It all came together during the summer of 2015. Oliver started working at his local swim and racquet club, Cardinal Hill, as a tennis court manager. Quickly thereafter, he began teaching young tennis players and learned how to string racquets. This led Oliver to acquire a tournament-grade stringing machine, the Babolat Star 5.

Oliver launched OTT back in 2018 and expanded service to the Hampton Roads/Norfolk communities during his time in undergrad at Christopher Newport University.
